Recommend a restaurant in the IFSC...

The Clarion Hotel has a nice enough restaurant. Been down there a couple of time for conferences and food was always good. Perfectly suitable for semi formal. Or, the restaurant in the back of the Harbourmaster is lovely, too, and the food is really nice. I'd say also perfectly suitable.
 
Have heard good things recently about EnoWine Bar up in the square. Restaurant is supposed to be very good with excellent service. Check out menupages.ie
 
Ely wine bar, (in CHQ) is nice, although a little pricey IMO. Second vote for harbourmaster, chicken wings there are the best in Dublin IMHO. Carion hotel is good too, Kudos is the restaurant, Asian food if I remember rightly, nice food though. Also, Lagoona is a bar there, they do nice food, not sure about evening time though, only usually around there for lunch.
