Hello.
We are renting in Kilkenny and have agreed to purchase the house (a 4 bed detached) by a private sale direct from the owner.
We are looking for a recommendation for:
1) a building surveyor who covers Kilkenny
2) a conveyancing solicitor, preferably in the city itself.
What sort of money should we expect to pay for each service? The house is a 4 bed detached.
