can someone please give me any advice. My mother owns the property I live in and I have gotten into arrears of €4000 which resulted in them getting a rent receiver involved. Can this be stopped if the arrears are paid immediately? I thought I could get on top of them but before I knew it a receiver was appointed now I’m really worried I’m going to lose the house. Any advice is much appreciated

She was not paying the mortgage.
They appointed a Receiver.
Not sure where you come into it. You are the same as any tenant.
