If any one can offer any ideas i would be grateful. I have been renting a premises for 18 months, my landlord never got final bit of lease signed because he owed his solicitor and solicitor wouldnt do any more work for free for him. Landlord has since gone into receivership now receiver is putting pressure on me 2 move out or pay more key money and an excessivly high rent which i couldnt do. All equipment in the premises is owned by me any suggestions?? Solicitor feels maybe get newpremises but im knownwhere i am and feel if i could negotiate directly with the bank i might be able to save the business and the 6 staffs jobs. Is the right thing to do to speak directly to the bank that employed the very hard to negotiate with recievers ?????
