Anyone else get an email proporting to be from askaboutmoney.com?
It came at 15:20. There are heaps of links in it pointing to recent threads which I didn't click.
I haven't deleted it yet in case Brendan wants to look at it.

If so, it's a new feature which you can switch off.

Click on your name on the top right hand side and then preferences

Have you one of the following ticked?

Untick both to make sure you don't receive them.

I am not sure how they work. "We will keep you updated about new content when you haven't visited in a while"

Not sure what a while means.

Ah, that's Grand Brendan!
I was worried the scammers were after hacking askaboutmoney.com
Yes I hadn't logged in in about 3 weeks I guess.

Is that a recent change? I just checked, and I had all the email boxes checked, where I would typically turn off something like that.

It should probably be set to default to unchecked.
