Hi, I am thinking of investing in a property: Sales value €110k, financed by a €60k mortgage and €50k deposit for the purposes of letting it out.
I have constructed a spreadsheet and would be most grateful if I could forward to someone that has experience in this area for critical review.

Why don't you just post up the figures on here or attach the excel sheet if need be.

Sorry, there doesnt seem to be a facility to attach, I presume because of viruses etc. Is there another way around this?
