Hello there,
'am very new to this excellent forum. Please forgive me if my question is asked by someone already. I need your advice on the below :
We purchased a semidetached property 6 months ago, and as our finances are quite tight because of 2 personal loans and credit card(used for purchasing some stuff for our new home), we are looking to get a re-mortgage or top-up loan. We are currently with EBS. Are we eligible for either top-up loan or re-mortgage, which is better?
Our main interest is to consolidate the loans and keep one payment which will be much easier. Please advise me on this.
