Could anybody offer advice.
I have a morgage of 190000 Euro.at present left to pay over the next 19 years.This is costing me at present 1445 Euro a month including insurance.Also I have a personal loan of 10000 Euro this is costing 365 Euro a month payable over the next 3 years.Both Totaling 1810 Euro.
We are both 41 and 43 respectively I know this has implications for refinacing but does anybody have any advice on bringing this figure down as outgoings are far to high each month.
Advice would be appreaciated .
