When a principal contractor notifies all monthly subcontractor payments to Revenue on ROS, the Revenue will pre-populate the monthly RCT return automatically. Provided the principal contractor agrees with the amounts for the month on this pre populated return does the principal contractor need to submit this and sign or just leave as is and ROS submit's it automatically on the due date?
