Does anyone know how long it takes Revenue to send the relevant payments card (RCT47) to the principal contractor after they received the
original RCT 46??

Ive tried searching for this info but to no avail.

Depending on Revenue district this should normally take about 10 working days but may be longer/shorter depending on time of year. Remember that until the principal receives a payments card all payments to the sub-contractor are subject to RCT.
