Raisin Bank - Showing €0.00 Balance

My Raisin Account is incorrectly showing my balance as €0.00 on the term deposits!!!

As the balance should be significantly larger….this is a concern.

Anyone else seeing this issue?

Same here. I have 14 deposits and all are showing zero, in addition to the total overall being zero.

I had it too. There was a glitch of some kind this morning, but it seems to be fixed now.

I was fairly sure it was a glitch…..but, some part of the brain can’t help but to think about hacking!

I would advise all holders with Raisin accounts etc to print out All the details, ie Account number , name of bank, amout on deposit etc and keep in a safe place at least you then have a paper trail

Yes. I agree I'm not sure how that really helps . Lets say it happens again and I think that probability is pretty high. What exactly do you do then ? Its nigh on impossible to get speak to anyone who can do anything. Raisin also do not seem to have a physical office address in Ireland which adds to the concern. IMHO, there should have been a statement on Raisin's website within 10 minutes advising there was a "display" issue and that Raisin had not failed, disappeared or been hacked. At least that would provided some degree of reassurance.

I believe so. But it was resolved very quickly.

They have people's email address and phone number. They can just contact everyone and tell them what is going on.
