Home Quote for property valued @ €100,000

Being trying to get an online qoute for house insurance for a property valued at around €100,000,but the likes of FBD,Get Cover, and 123.ie wont give quotes for less than 125,000 and 150,000 in 123's case.
So has anyone on here got a property of this value insured and if so with who, and for what cost.?

The value of the property isn't really relevant to the insurance required - consider that a 1000 sq ft semi in a nice part of Cork will cost about the same to reinstate than a similar house in one of the bad parts of Limerick.

Consider also that it may cost a lot to remove what's left standing after a serious fire for example.

€100,000 would build a property of about 600ft2 to a minimum standard without taking account of any special finishes, boundary walls, sheds etc etc.

Most insurers know that properties are generally not that small so there is generally no need for cover below certain values.
