Quick Q re Flat rate expenses for Architect/Architectural Technician?

I am employed by a private architectural firm and was wondering which rate to use for claiming flat rate expenses for PAYE.
If I choose Building Industry/Professional the rate is calculated as €33
However I would have worked on several projects for County Councils so can I choose Architects employed by (b) Local Authorities - €127 ?

Which one would apply in my case?

I also note that in 2013 my rate was €85 which I intend to leave in place as Ive no idea where its coming from.

Tax office confirmed that either is acceptable (just in case anyone has a similar query in the future but very helpful if you ring for your personal circumstances)
