Questions Re House Drains

At the moment my upstairs toilet,bath & sink waste goes into an A.J and from there into the main drain.
I am getting an extension at the back of the house and will have to move the above.
Is it possible for me to have the upstairs bath & sink waste pipes go into the toilet waste pipe and from there into the main drain

Just for information- if you're living in a semi or terrace, you should consult with your neighbours first, as common drains are the responsibility of all those houses they service.
