Question on PRSA max contributions

So, the maximum contributions for tax relief purposes on a PRSA are an age-based percentage of your earnings. One thing I'm not clear on; is "earnings" here strictly your salary, or does it also cover things like bonuses? What about BIK?

I would add that the max earning level to be taken into account for calculating tax relief is €115,000 per year..
