A non-Irish citizen had been worked in Ireland (working visa) and paid contributions (PAYE, PRSI, USC, tax, etc) around 20 years. If I decide to permanently back to home country which does not have any social security contributions agreement with Ireland. Since I have not pay any tax or contribution in my home country, and I will not get any pension or money there.
My question is, will I get any pension or benefit from Ireland when I retired ? Or will I get some contribution refund for past 20 years when I am leaving Ireland permanently? Thanks for helps.

As per the current rules for pensions, of course you should get your (part) pension from Ireland as you appear to have contributed to it.
I suspect you are quite a way from pension age at present so I suggest you get a record of all contributions paid before you leave this country and do the same in any other you pay contributions
