My working hours have been cut and i cannot get any social welfare entitlements and my boss has advised that he is willing to pay voluntary redundancy until a certain date even if i find a job in the meantime.
I have been doing interviews and hope something will come through soon.
Should I get a job in the meantime is there a specific amount of notice you are required to give to your employer when accepting the voluntary redundancy??? also could any problems arise here to jeopradise the payment from him????
