Hi,
We have a house - 7 doors from our own that my parents currently reside in. My dad is retired and mum works part time but they don't pay rent.
Reading the guidelines I'm thinking that because they are non-paying relatives living within the 2 kilometres, then I am not liable for the tax. Is this correct?
