Query about an estate suit.

Does anybody have any experience of an estate suit or could anyone recommend a solicitor who would be willing to take this on? Have spoken to 2 so far and they didn't leave me feeling confident!

Basically the advice is on behalf of a friend who was left property along with siblings. Property to be sold on event of parents death. Property valued at xxx amount. Got offer almost 50k over asking price which was accepted and then rejected as siblings feel they can get more money! My friend asked to be bought out which siblings won't do. They have now pulled the house from the market and appear to have no intentions of selling. Seems crazy that my friend has no rights in this!
