quarterly fees errors

i noticed recently that i've been charged in error for coin handling on my fee statements going back a while . i was just wondering before i approach them is this a common occurence.they said they'd refund any amounts i could show .
i don't ever lodge coins or otherwise use them
 
it's only small money but as i'm overdrawn a lot i feel i should write demanding action, penalties and interest,after all if i lodge a cheque with the wrong date etc. they charge 5 euro or thereabouts.that's my question.should i get a basic refund from the teller or write to them
 
You should write to them and keep a record of all correspondance. Letters are easier to produce than evidence of phone calls or personal correspondance. Should you not get a satisfactory result contact IFSRA.
