Qualified for 100% mortgage but refused 10% deposit

Oh ...is it not the case that EBS are agents or fronting for GE. Wonder how much (undeclared) commission/fees are being earned here ..must be all part of the much talked about mutuality dividend . Why not have a word with Shane Ross he would love to have a go at this one. By the way how much were GE charging for the convenience ?
