Sorry if this is not the right section to post this.
My husband & I have applied for a council house with cork county council.
They said because we previously owned & sold a house a number of years ago that we need to get a HQ 1 form from the tax office to prove we don't own any property. I cannot find information of any kind about this form. Where do i get it & what info needs to go on it? We have no paperwork regarding house sale as we moved to australia shortly afterwards & my sister recycled all our documents we left behind by accident. Our solicitor has been struck off & the irish law society have all our documents & said they will be sent on in due course. Our application wont be processed until the HQ 1 form is submitted. Any ideas please? Thanks
