I have a supplementary monthly income which I earn through consultancy. I would like to put this money directly into a pension fund and avoid paying tax on it. I already contribute to an AVC scheme at work, but not to the maximum amount.

What's the most efficient way for me to do this?

Thanks

You can open an PRSA for your consultancy earnings. You could separately open an AVC PRSA for your surplus main income earnings
