Hi, I'm looking into leasing a pub and am trying to learn as much as possible about it before acting. Can anyone tell me if there is a set of easy to navigate guidelines with regard to licensing laws, what's allowed, not allowed etc?

I wish you the best of look with this. With the way things are going at the moment this is one line of business I would steer clear of at the moment. Is it in a major town or a rural area.
