PTSB not passed on last interest rate cut yet

Is it just me or has ptsb not passed on last months interest rate cut to tracker mortgage holders yet? Anyone got any info?
 
I havn't received any letter from PTSB yet about my repayment reduction due to the Nov ECB rate drop. On Open24 I can see my scheduled January repayment down by a miserly €12 which is not great.
 
I got a letter yesterday from PTSB about the ECB cut before that. It said the rate cut became effective on the 21st of November. And my payment on the 30th of December (!) will reflect this.

I was on to them last month and they told me for a rate cut they've something like 30 days to implement it. So they did that on the 21st. But then the girl said it takes "up to 16 days" for the direct debit to change (we're with AIB for our current account)!

That just sounds ridiculous to me! I'm probably going to ring them today again and ask for a refund of the money I should have saved last month. Total cowboys! I'll be February before I see the December cut at this rate.
