Hello!I would like to be a taxi driver and i know that first i should apply for PSV licence,my problem is that i have 2 points for 'no seatbelt',this will be problem for me in Garda to aplly for PSV license?whats your opinion?thanks a lot

I doubt it affects your PSV application. The Gardai will check your background for criminal offences so I think you'll be OK. Your insurance when you pass and start taxiing will be affected however.
