PRTB ruled against me because I was late

Hi All

I had a PRTB adjudication meeting . I was late getting there on time as there was a accident on the road . The adjudication went ahead before the time as the adjudicator had to catch the train back to Dublin The determination order ruled against me in favour of the tenant .
The Address on the order is not my property address its the address of the house the tenant has moved to

Is it right that the wrong address is on the order ???

If you were late arriving how do you know that the adjudicator "went ahead before the time as the adjudicator had to catch the train back to Dublin"?

There's a period within which to appeal I would use that time.
