PRTB Registration - Paper form Vs. Online ?

Apart from the 6 week delay in processing paper forms, is online registration the way to go with the PRTB? Just realised I can do it that way so was going to tear up my fully completed PRTB paper form.

Opinions please. Thanks

I thought your Tenents had to sign the form as well as the Landlord. Don't understand how this can be done on line.

Nobody needs to sign the form anymore. Tenants didn't need to do so for a long time.

The online system is not user friendly; certainly I found the initial registration as a landlord very cumbersome.
