PRTB - Late notification of update to tenancy

Does anyone know what impact, if any, telling the PRTB late about lowering rent has?
It states on the website, they must be informed within a month of any change in rent but stupidly we didnt realise and have lowered the rent twice in the last two years and didnt notify them. We have bank statements to reflect the changes but didn't notify them in time.

Well notifiying them of a change in the tenancy is not liable to a charge so being late can't have any significace. Not sure but maybe you can do the new changes online yourself. As long as your tenancy is online first, you have to register yourself first online and if the tenancy doesn't show up ask for it to be put there by the PRTB.

Thanks Bronte. I have emailed them letting them know of the two decreases and apologised for the late notification. Will see what impact, if any, when/if they email me back.
