PRTB ... How long does it take to hear back from them?

Hi there,

I registered my tenancy with PRTB at the end of December. I haven't heard back from them yet.

How long have others had to wait to hear that the tenancy has been registered?
 
Hearing back

Hi, it took a good while for my registration to be confirmed back to me in writing, perhaps as long as 6 weeks if I can remember correctly.
 
still no word..

i registerd my property with prtb , i.e. sent the forms on 30 nov 04. I still have heard no word from them ?
Has anyone else experienced similar delays ?
I've tried calling them, but they never answer the phones......
~Anyone else with a similar story ??

I registered a tenacy agreement with them mid December and I haven't heard anything from them either.

I registered just before the deadline ended and the cheque only got cashed the other day. Recieved an acknowledgement the other day too. I suppose losts of post and too few staff.
