Hi All, I have 2 rental properties, 1 x 2 bed and 1 x 4 bed, a tennant is moving from my 4 bed and the person that is renting my 2 bed is going to move to the 4 bed as she needs more room.Do I have to register her again,does anybody know...thanks...also I saw a post on can we use the prtb against the tax claim, even if we were never given a receipt like everyone else!! thanks in advance
