PRSI on unearned income.

I am trying to find out the threshold value at which unearned income becomes liable to PRSI.

I need the information for tax years 2015, 2016 and 2017 please.

The above was a leaflet was published at the time of the extension of PRSI from the reading of this you are only liable if you have to file a form 11. So if you are a paye worker with then €5k (3,174 back in 2013) a year of income income it does not apply to you.
