Another query. In 2014 it came in that a person assisting their spouse on family business gets 52 class S PRSI contributions.
My question is....how do you claim them i.e. how are the Dept informed of this arrangement as it's not a wage on a P35 nor is it a partnership on a Form 1/Form 11
