PRSI Contribution Number for entitlement to full State Pension

This has probably been covered a million times already on AAM so apologies in advance.
I think 2080 contributions is the number of contributions required for the full benefit and 520 is the number for basic entry entitlement .
My wife will have 1633 by the end of 2025 . Is it as simple as 1633/2040 x current rate or is there a different way of calculating.

As per the link above there are two ways to calculating it - Total Contributions Approach and Yearly Average Method. Under the former she should be entitled to 1,622 / 2,080 = c. 78% of the full payment.

What age will she be and could she defer and build up more contributions/credits in the meantime?
