Hi. I have been in ireland for 8 years paying tax and prsi for that time but without a work visa. I applied for the right to remain here in 2005. In sept 2008 i was granted the right to here, but was also let go. I have since been told my stamps are invalid and have lost my pension. Can anyone suggest an option to reclain my pension?
