D Dachshund Registered User Messages 143 12 May 2012 #2 It's from the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011. http://www.irishstatutebook.ie/2011/en/act/pub/0023/sec0060.html#sec60 Section 60 amends the Domestic Violence Act, 1996. The amendments should be read in conjunction with that Act.
