Hi All,
Is it possible to protect yourself against misrepresentation of a property you wish to lease?
In particular would it be feasable, or what way would you approach protecting yourself if, say, the property turns out to be unsatisfactory for some reason after signing. For example, excessive noise, vandalism on property ( e.g. car parked outside ), unsafe or uncomfortable conditions/atmosphere getting to/from the property.
It's hard to suss out an apartment until you've maybe lived in it for two or three weeks; I understand this might be a big ask, but would like to inquire.
