Hi All

I have recently sold my house up in Belfast and made a good profit. I am now looking to try and avoid paying tax as i am moving to the US. I only had the house up the north for 1 year and never declared rental tax etc...

I am planning to move to the US for 5-7 years, so i'm wondering if i could get away without paying tax and leg it?

Any body got any advice? Am i going to be hunted down when i eventually come back? What penalities do i get hit with if i am found out on my return home.
