Property Management Company (North Dublin city)

[djustoe]

Hi,

I did a search but could not identify any recent posts covering the topic.

I'm seeking a property management company that covers north Dublin city region to look after the letting & management of a single property.
Would anyone be able to recommend any particular companies? Or even companies I should stay clear of?
Feel free to message me directly.

Thanks

They have managed a large apt complex in Smithfield for years. Do an excellent job. Recently overseen a refurb on the blocks and did it very well.
Jonathan Cullen is the owner.

Sorry I should clarify. I'm seeking an EA to manage an individual property, not a development.

This company does both, based in Dublin 3.

I only had dealings with them in relation to managing an apartment complex and they did an ok job on that front.
But they also act as a letting agent.
