Property in Fuerteventura,Corajello

Hi,

First post to this website.
I am looking to purchase a two bedroom apartment in Corajello,Fuerteventura in the Canaries.I was hopiong somebody would be able to pint me in the right direction re
1)Mortage - was thinking of an interest only for 3 years and see what the capital appreciation was then,is this the norm
2)Furnishing - what is a reasonable price to get a furnishing company to kit out the apartment
3)Rental Companies,what commission will they take and what is a likely rent (Searching the internet its about €700-€800 per month)
4)Solicitor Fees - what is a fair price to be charged
5)Municpal Fees - what are payable,do I have to pay a wealth tax on the property every year?

And in general what do people think of fuerteventura as an investment option

when you say 700-800 pcm, is this for holiday let or long term let?
Is there air con and a pool?
Distance from beach?
Not ground floor?
South facing terrace?
Private or sale via agent?
New or second hand?
If new any development still to do close to appt (if so may be unlettable for a period)?
