Property in Bulgaria.

Hi all,

Has anybody any advice on buying property in Bulgaria - particularly Sofia. I am particularly interested in locating legal representatives over there.
All suggestions welcome,

Only advice would be, that you should be very careful. There are still a fair few illegal builds in Sofia.

Also, ignore what everybody says about rental. There is very little ex-pat community so at the moment the rental is very small.
