Property for sale- Airbnb rules

Hi all,

Our Property is currently on the market (as if yesterday). It was previously rented to a hap tenant and is in a rpz. We would like to put it on Airbnb until it sells, but we’re worried about the new rules due to come into effect on June 30 where Airbnb will no longer be permitted, where entire property is rented in rpz.

Are there issues with above? Or can we rent the place short term until sold? Are these new rules going ahead?
 
The new rules are not coming into effect until July 1st, and even then you can let it on Airbnb for 90 days, so I reckon you should have your place sold at that stage.
