Is there any moisture getting into the supply of woodpellets?
I believe that if there is any moisture, the pellets will not burn completely and leave a residue in the boiler which will cause problems.
It was always a problem with the feeder. That is fixed but now it is giving another error message but the ash tray. We only cleaned it out last wk so there is no ash there to cause a problem. It seems to be one thing after another with it.
Cant help you there as I dont have a wood pellet boiler but from experience I'd say that most plumbers get it wrong when it comes to new fangled methods. Speaking very generaly I know but often these things are wired wrong. I wouldnt trust the installer completly either. Try another plumber to check things out before doing anything drastic and another one after that if you can.
