I purchased a 2 bed 'duplex' apartment in the Ryebridge and I called the builders today to be told the completion date is due at the end of Sept, which I am very happy with!
But I just found out that they are not building a wall between the Kitchen and living room. As this is on the plans I argued with the builder that this should be built, he informed me that the design is a open plan living area.
My sole reason for purchasing this type of apartment over the other 2 bed apartment is that the '2 bed duplex' (I thought a duplex was over 2 floors by the way) is this one had a wall bewteen the rooms and now I find out there isnt one.
Does anyone else know anything about this and I would love to hear from others who have purchased in this development or any issues they have come across with it
