Problems with Nokia E51 Bluetooth

I have a new car (Skoda Octavia), with integrated bluetooth in the Bolero stereo. The trouble is that while it pairs with my Nokia E51, the contacts and call log do not transfer. Internet searches suggest this is a shortcoming of the phone... can anyone suggest a solution? Thanks!

I've had loads of issues with phones and integrated kits over the years. The most common Nokia fix i've come across is a piece of software they use for their own kits - see link -
If you install the appropriate one for your phone from this page it may solve it. It did in my BMW for three phones.
To be fair to Nokia and all other phone makers though, the bluetooth profiles they use are far more reaching than that of the cars kit. However its far easier to solve the problem on the phone than it is on the kit so thats why most of the web points to an issue with the phone!
