Problems with Indigo

I'm one of the original Indigo.ie subscribers. However, when I try to avail of tech support, I'm directed to the Eircom.net site which looks for a log-in etc and doesn't see to recognise Indigo.ie as being valid.
Has anyone else experienced this ? Should I just accept that Indigo is no longer 'cool' and join the hordes of Gmail etc ?

Indigo were bought by Eircom (years ago) and hence the indigo mail domain is supported by them now. (I was indigo signee #1111). Working fine here. I've not used any of the old dial-up services, but i'm sure eircom support can help you.
