I assume the term above and "Principal Private Residence" mean the same thing?
If I owned 2 properties (one being the PDH) and sold both, then I assume there is no tax to pay on the PDH?
What rate of tax applies to the other one?

AFAIK the term PDH has no meaning in Irish tax law whereas PPR does. Each tax-payer has one and only one PPR, their "main or only residence."
