Preferential treatment for those-in-need (Aviva Stadium)

I have 2 tickets for next week. Person I would have hoped to accompany me probably won't accept as they need to be close to 'facilities'.

I vaguely recall - perhaps incorrectly - that the IRFU can fix it for people with such needs? (If not, I will return tickets to my club for a face-value refund)
 
I'm confused...
What's the event?
What "facilities" are you referring to?
Have you contacted the IRFU about whatever it is your issue is?
 
Reminds me of this article...

Facilities generally mean bathrooms, and I'm assuming proximity is the concern here.
