Saw a guy on the train with one, basically he plugged his laptop into it and worked away (older train, no socket on it). So its like a battery except it seems to deliver "mains" power to laptop.
What I'd use it more for would be, say, videoing a match so would need 1.5 hrs of battery time and the bigger camcorder batteries are v. expensive. One of these power pack jobbies would be more flexible as could also use it on laptop (I find laptop batteries pathetic!) or if change video camera in the future.
Anyone know anything about them??
