Powering a Concrete Shed

Hi,

I have a good concrete shed at the bottom of a 20ft back garden. It's structurally sound and I'd like to convert it into an office. Would anyone know how easy it is to run electricity to it, how much work it would entail, and the cost? Also the best way to insulate such a shed?
